Hi Pattie,

Rotten day, mom is pissed because I am not taking off work tomorrow to go to Findlay with her to pick up her horse.

Then she started on David only wanting other men's wives and that he won't stay with Janice either now that she isn't married.

I may know this, but I really don't need to be told it.

Morning!

Gotta love those mom's!

Now Pam, I read your post the other day, sounds like me...
I see you are not posting as much, which is a 180 for you, which BTW has me worried.

{{{{hugs}}}}

Hang in there! Believe me, I know how you feel!

Going there myself today, expect down days, it's only normal.

Good Morning Pam!

I was glad to see you stepping out and saying good morning to people. That made me happy!

Have you printed out that list of things to do to boost the PMA?

You mentioned the other day that you haven't been cleaning your house as much.

I know for me, that the state of my surroundings really impacts my mood.

It's like Michele said, No one WANTS to exercise...we do it anyway.

I've noticed that you always are happier after seeing to the dogs, clipping nails and teeth. Washing them.

I suspect that since this is true of the dogs, cleaning your house, while not fun, will help you feel better!

Also, have you been taking your Vitamins? I've started taking my Multi-B Complex again and have noticed a difference.

Sending you hugs.

Hello Sage,

Still up and down, but doing better.

Thank you for thinking of me, it helps you know.

Hi Deb,

I love her but sometimes she is a trial!

I know you know how I feel, it sure isn't any fun. Trying to get back up some.

Thank you for the hugs. Most appreciated!
