I am doing CBT, I believe, and my IC does DBT and Neeuofeedback, mindfulness, etc.

I am working on it. I have abandonment and ptsd from my upbringing according to my therapist. My ptsd unfortunately centers around therapy itself, so I spent many years avoiding it because of a horrific experience as a teenager. It took several sessions just to get me calm enough in therapy for it to be worthwhile.
