I'm glad you liked that idea Elly....make sure that notebook is really pretty now! I look forward to hearing how you get along with that.

How are things going otherwise? Has it helped to start posting again?

Xx

It has helped. It's still something I force myself to do, but I find after that I feel better. Someone mentioned to me the other day that they don't think I'm patient enough with myself. Maybe I'm not, who knows. But coming on here makes me take the time to think and evaluate better.

thinking and evaluating what is going on...taking the time to let things register is important.

I like the journal idea very much. especially if posting your thoughts here is not what you particularly need.

how are you getting along with yourself. you started new job. tell us how it is going.

how is little one going (are you starting him in preschool this year). my brother is building a new house in another suburb just to get into a district where they have inclusion style preschool with extra helpers for him next year.

you are sounding busy which is always a blessing and a curse, have you been trying to carve out some elly time since school started?

I haven't had the time Zephyr. I feel strung out again. I need to carve the time out but fall asleep exhausted each night.

My s is in kindergarten and loving it, thank goodness. I have allowed myself some good old imaginary monster hunting every night before bed with him. That's been a hoot.

I completely understand tired. I fall asleep on the couch early too often (one of wifes gripes lately)

take whatever time YOU need. this is your schedule.

Kindergarten - wow, I missed a year;)
so that is really exciting for you, for him. both my boys love school.

the monster hunting, how endearing. that will give you some awesome memories!!!

got to run, have a great weekend.
