You sound to be a bit down as well. Same roller coaster ride perhaps. Where do we get off? I will try to journal and catch up tomorrow. I have an IC appointment as well as d18. I am struggling with a mixed combo of sadness and rage. It really has been a challenge to cope with. Still putting one foot in front of the other though.
