Was getting worried as I didn't hear from you Shotgun. The only thing we got about the Super Bowl here was about Beyoncé performance. This would be such a great thing to go and see it, although wherever I go with someone somewhere this person always have my full attention, and I strongly believe this is how it should be!
You are someone special as you always put a smile on my face! Not even sure it's proper English but who cares, I don't :-). Still don't understand what's wrong with your wife, she has someone that I'd die to have as a partner and she's throwing it away. What a fool she is!
Kind of you to say Rouky. I think that as my wife has aged material things have started to matter more to her. All the things that she criticized her wealthy family for she now embraces fully. I think that she was embarrassed by me in that I am not all that interesting and I am not incredibly successful. Her life is filled with wealthy attorneys and millionaires and I am just a simple country boy who loves to hunt and fish and raise a garden. My dream is to have chickens and gather fresh eggs and watch the sunset. All I really need is a lady who will hold my hand and occasionally watch it with me. I didn't think it mattered when I met her and in fairness I don't think that it did to her either but over time she became increasingly frustrated at my inability to provide for her the lifestyle that she dreamed of.
Enough pouting. My visit to the doctor today went very well as I received another clear scan and no sign of cancer at this point. I have a couple of years of being watched closely and some expensive medical bills but what price will I put on my life? I have my life and I am meeting wonderful people and doing fun things. I have met the love of my life in my beautiful Rouky! What fun you are and how you fill my thoughts. I will head over to your thread to see how things are with you. Buena tarde querida!

Shotgun, I'm so glad that the doctor gave you a clean bill of health. That's great news. I hope that your scans always come back negative. You certainly have been through enough!

Behaving myself? What kind of fun is that??? :P I've been working. Was off yesterday though so I went to my sister's house and played cards for a while. Oh, I get to go to IC today. I know he ALWAYS looks forward to seeing me! LOL. This weekend....am I already supposed to have plans. Guess I should get busy and think of something great! Oh, wait. I'm in luck. RAIN is supposed to be coming up with something awesome for us to do. Rain, are you out there? Did you come up with something?

Thank you NYGal. It is always so scary going to one of those scans and it is always so joyous when they are clear. There is also comfort in knowing that they are keeping a very close eye on things. Most of all I am happy to start feeling better. I will take a little credit for having worked so hard to get back in shape. I am not there yet but I can see light at the end of the tunnel. Hope you are having a great week!
MB I very much appreciate your prayers. I would be in big trouble without someone praying for me. I'll bet your therapist does love having a visit from you. I hope that you are starting to learn some things about yourself and getting some tools in there. Keep up the good work and get out there and find some fun and free things to do. Maybe some classes or something. Get yourself around people and start living your life!
