I think it is a combination of jealousy and feeling the grip of control slipping. The WW sees it this way, "It is okay for me to dump you and replace you. However, you cannot even look at another woman........although I may say I want you to move on, I really don't mean it. You cannot replace me with another woman. I intend to control you, so you will be there for me to use, however I see fit".

Just reading today's devotional and thought I would share

" Procrastination hurts people- laziness prevents us from being loving. Love requires commitment, energy and work. A lot of people just don't want to work at being loving; it's easier to be lazy. Many marriages break up because one spouse - perhaps both spouses - are unwilling to make the effort necessary to save the marriage. "

Whenever someone had asked me about what it takes to make a marriage successful, I always said it takes work.

I wish I would have followed my own advice for the first 15 years.

Wow! Thank you everyone for the well wishes and prayers. I'm single again. It was about a 7 minute process. I really feel at peace about it at this time. I'm sure I have been bouncing in and out of the "acceptance" phase of grieving.

Keep up the pma. Your future is unknown, and I am sure it will be filled with great people and great events.
