I backslid already! H said he left the base to his TV and wanted to know if he could come and get it. I told him tomorrow evening would be convenient. He also has some documents I need. I plan to meet him at the door to make the exchange.

Hi Becky, I don't think that was a backslide. I think if you can handle the interaction just right, it could be a baby step. Friendly, breezy, looking and smelling good. Maybe a brief chat on the step. Hand the stuff over. The either he goes - or you say - hey, I'm just locking up as I'm heading out too.....even if you just go to Home Depot!

When I got home tonight I discovered he hadn't move A LOT of things. His stuff was still all over the house. He's probably got 2-3 more days of packing and moving. My sister and I consolidated it all to basement and garage. So mad that once again I'm doing his work for him.
