Thanks CaliGuy, in talking to my DB coach today he had a little of a different take on things. He said we are in the piecing the M back together stage and that I should focus more on the goals than the road we take to get there. He asked "if in a year you are in a loving, affectionate relationship, have a healthy sex life, a stable home for the kids, and a supportive wife will you care if you talked with an MC or not?" I honestly wouldn't. That said, what you point out really makes sense. Maybe I'm being too black and white. She is willing to talk with the DB coach with me, but isn't following #2 and I didn't really consider the DB coach to be a MC counselor since I was speaking with him individually at first.

It seems like she is following #1, but I am still too freshly wounded to trust completely. Man this is a crazy confusing time and I don't know up from down.
