I didn't see Starsky's response before I posted. He's right. Just because OM1 doesn't work out doesn't mean she won't seek 2 or 3. I live in a fault state too. Again, just seems like a lot of energy for something that won't yoked the results you want.

OK, the fact that it's a fault state still does not mean that adultery is worth anything to you in a D. If it is worth something, and you want to get D, then proceed.
But I can pretty much tell you that if they are living together now, that his name on a D petition is not going to "scare him off". He doesn't give a rat's a$$.

Maybe not. I'll have to talk to my lawyer. I don't want the D, but I've already been served. I don't have any more choice in the D than I did in the A.
