I was honest with the one and told her my frustration with finding something affordable and liveable. I asked if she could contact some of her clients and ask if they would consider leasing out properties that have been for sale a while and/or give me an option to buy at some point. There's an adorable little house for sale...has been for a year...and I could see us there happily. Anyway, she put the word out among the other agents and contacted the homeowner.
Also, another agent has arranged for me to stay in a rental cottage for two nights when I come to look for housing. I just need to give her a day. I was thinking Thurs/Friday of this week. Thursday, the publisher is supposed to visit the office they are considering for my office. I would like to be there.
