Well another development. H has subpoenaed his boss to appear in our contempt hearing against him. Apparently he is getting his boss to "define" these monies that were considered bonuses. According to H it is not bonus money. But it's money none the less that my kids did not get.
I can't believe he is roping his boss into this tangled up mess. Like his boss needs this drama? And his boss is too nice a guy to say no, but he doesn't need to be in the mix.
H is gonna lose his job. I just feel it.

The noose is getting bigger and bigger and one day soon, it's going to tighten and choke him right to death. Don't worry about what he's doing because it's going to bite him in the @ss very soon. I would be more concerned about what your son may have done, per the allegation of your h.

Ummmm.....well....if it's not a bonus, and it's not salary, and it's not reimbursement for expenses - what the heck else could it be? A "gift" from his boss?
I can't imagine his boss will appreciate being dragged into this. And if it's not a bonus, why doesn't your H attempt to explain what it is???
If the money is salary, it needs to have child support and maintenance taken from it. If the money is bonus, he needs to split it 50/50 with me. On H's paystub the funds are classified as "patent bonus". That about sums it up to me.
I'm sure they have concocted a beauty of a story. I almost can't wait to hear it.
