Unbidden, that not only chaps my arse it hurts like hell. This whole thing is so ugly and so unbelievable I am still somewhat in shock that any of it has happened.

Like I said above, there was a very good chance that I would have one the trial since the whole thing was a "he said, she said" that allegedly happened 6 months before she made the claim. However, there was a chance the judge could deicide to believe my w, if that happened I would have had a criminal record and my life would have been irreparably damaged. My kids, my career, my business, everything, would have been lost if that happened. It wasn't a chance I was willing to take.

Ok I accept this, but its important Scorp that you realize that in this life you need to protect yourself, and not take false accusations which by the way they are in your records, basically I hope never happens again but your W now can use those charges to get full custody....anyway you didnt defend yourself against them, why would a judge "believe" they were invented?

If somebody comes acussing me of something that its not true and that accusation might lead me to loose my kids, trust me my kids will see me fighting for the rest on my life towards proobing my inocence.
