You are single handedly changing the dynamic of your R with your H. And he has no idea what to do because his old tricks are no longer working. Continue to take your time responding. You are doing great. I honestly think your recent exchanges with your H is what DBing is all about. You have changed immensely. You have stopped doing the things that did not work in your M. You are going to dictate how your R goes moving forward. Be proud of yourself!

Hey Wonka, just here to say I hope your grandma heals alright. That is a big bad thing to do at her age. I read somewhere that broken hips for those over 75, can lead to sedentary lifestyles which increase chances of pneumonia and respiratory problems, etc...
I'm dealing with a broken leg now (since Nov 12, but who's counting?) and have to force myself UP and AROUND enough to stay healthy. So good luck!

My W told me I was the one that wanted a D because I saw a L. There is no separstion in my state and she's drawing more credit. She can keep thst with her. She also said well you kept thinking sbout moving out....yes and engaging you to get help with me....ugh. then I just stopped sll of it snd got help for myself without her. Only to find out later she has been trashing me to our kids and their friends and saying she was miserable but stsying for the money we made. Ugh! Good luck M.

I had to laugh at some of the posts of the crazy things people say. I have so much to contribute to that thread. I don't want to hijack, but I did ask h one day when our m was over. (He originally said 5 years ago, then from the beginning, and then 2 years ago). I said if it was over 5 years ago why the heck didn't you tell me. He looked completely perplexed and said , "I never said it was over 5 years ago. I know this won't be beneficial but it was over 2 weeks ago when you used this voice." How in the hail would it not be beneficial to know when your m is over? At least on that moment 's perspective .....
