Yes, it was funny to see how many women were standing on the sidelines with cameras and videos. Especially after the runners jumped into the water and came running out the other side. Not too much material holding things in, but then again, maybe not much is needed after a dip in the cold water either.

They hold a "clothing optional" (only helmets and footwear are mandatory) cycle event right in the heart of the city each summer here. From what I've seen of some of the Youtube clips, most of those cyclists should not be clothing optional LOL .
I may have to take up running again, although I certainly wouldn't run in a bikini - that would not be a pretty picture LOL. Not sure my knee will take it anymore. Haven't done distance running since a difference of opinion between me and a patch of black ice resulted in a cracked knee cap.

Pud, I meant to say not that bothered, not "Bot" lol. Actually I think I was right the first time I rang H up today, I know I'm breaking silence. He didn't answer anyway, but he rang me back later. I had some news for him that's all. One of the things I said to him on the phone the other day was about me getting a mortgage again and paying him off that way so I can keep the house He started ranting and saying I can't do that as I haven't got any income coming in. I said the house is my income as the mortgage is paid off. Anyway, today on the phone he said that I was right He actually admitted that I was right! hehe. He said he's looked it up and I can get a mortgage and pay him off. It'll save me a lot of hassle going to the solicitors and get him off my back as well. Than the house will be all mine mwahaha I still don't know whether or not to go and see how much of the house he is actually entitled to though. I've got so much on at the moment that it's just another hassle I don't need. He's still keen on knowing the results of my tests. He's being nice at the mo, maybe that's because he knows he's getting some money off me soon. I'm always wary when he's being too nice, lol. Even when he was living at home, he was in so much debt it used to depress him. Maybe this may help him solve all his debt problems and make him a nicer person to be around. I'm getting fed up of fighting. I'm probably going to get some 2x4s here Please get me on the soft bit of the body, ie. my bottom, lol. thanks

Sounds like you're just having a bad day. You've told your H where you stand. You may be right that he's only being nice because he sees money coming his way, but money isn't going to make him happy is it? Take the fact that he's interested in your test results as a positive - he cares enough to be interested.
Have yourself a spritzer, switch on a comedy and have a good laugh. You'll feel loads better.

I'm ok I'm just shattered at the mo. I'm probably going to have to take iron tablets as... well we won't go into the reason, hem hem (woman's problems!) He's got a couple of jobs in town tomorrow, so he said he'll pop into see me. I'm not as anxious about seeing him tomorrow as I have been. I've got the benefits people coming round to see me tomorrow morning and he wants to know what they say. Don't worry, whatever they say I'm not going to tell him anything I might ask them tomorrow though how it will affect my benefits if I did buy him out. You're right, money doesn't buy you happiness. I think I'll try and stall him at the mo, make him wait a bit Like I said I've got so much going on at the mo, test results, my son, college and the dreaded festive season. I was actually thinking I may start a shopping list. I saw some cranberry sauce in the shops today and thought oh good I don't have to buy that either this year H is the only one who likes sauces with his roast dinners. Thanks for the "foam" 2x4 btw, lol.

No 2x4's here either. He admitted you were right, because you WERE right and you stood your ground. Do take his concern of your tests as a positive like NQ said.
Take care of you.

Find your Shambala: a place of peace and happiness.
So do you both think that it's a good idea to buy him out and save the hassle of him asking me for a D all the time or trying to get me to sell the place? The only thing I'm concerned about is whether he is entitled to half the house, but is it really worth the aggro at the end of the day? He mightn't even be entitled to any of it, but that will put him in an even fouler mood. I've got to think of my son here, if he doesn't get those tyres fixed soon or pay off his debts then H is going to be in even bigger trouble! He's not seeing his son much because he's driving around on illegal tyres and just driving when he is able. I know, I'm making excuses for him again, lol. The way I see it, at the end of the day I'm going to be in a three bedroomed house as opposed to a two bedroomed house that's rented! I'll be better off whichever way I go about it
