They have nice comfy single chairs at our Barnes & Nobles, can't even tell who is on their own and who is just reading while the people they are with are browsing! Try it once, let me know how it goes.
Hi, never posted to you before but I was catching up on some threads and just wanted to second Dagny's advice. If you need to get out of the house and just be around people, B&N or some of the other bookstores aren't a bad idea if you like to read.
Comfortable chairs, good coffee and you are around people! I do it quite a bit. My kids have started going with me now too. Of course, they expect me to buy them some coffee or one of those pastry things....and I think the boys just go to check out the women...but we usually have a pretty good time.
Today is my doctor's appointment and hope like heck she has some idea of what is going on with me.
My emotions are all over the place again, almost like when I was off the AD's or on that half dosage I did for a week when she didn't get my perscription called in for me.
Yesterday afternoon I was down and ended up in a fight with David, like that was productive. Although in some ways I think we both cleared the air of a few feelings we were having about one another.
I also realized this morning, that my emotions went wacky and I started looking for someone else to help deal with them rather than me sit down and deal with them. So at least glad I finally realized it. Maybe I will get them leveled back out now.
Feel pretty good this morning so making a decision to try my darndest to hang onto it!
