My h and I are about to go to our second d hearing! So contacting a lawyer to work out a settlement is by no means the end!
I'm actually going to dismiss my suit. Hey, keep your chin up. Things can change.
Maybe letting go of the house will help your anxiety level. I know when I rented mine out it took a big burden off me (now h is wanting to buy a NEW house!!!). I shudder to think what i would be like if I was managing a house on top of putting up with m crisis. I can feel your pain!
Let go as much material stuff as you can right now so you can lessen your stress. It's only STUFF anyway...not as important as your health and peace of mind!
When you go to your hearing the D isn't final? Here the court date we have of March 15th is to finalize the D and the judge will sign the papers. There is no other hearing.
Well we probably can't sell the house immediately and if we do I have no place to go, especially with the shelties.
I have let the horses all go so they are not there to worry about and care for, but not sure there is anything else that can be let go. We don't have much stuff, each a car, my van that doesn't run and the house are it.
I know I am really having to sit on myself NOT to do anything this week, because good chance things will look different to me next week. At least I sure hope so!

Really I need to spend 1 - 2 weeks out of the month just locked in my room, away from people totally so I don't say any wrong things and cost myself any friends or do anything else in any stupid vein, like make any important decisions.
