Hey Fixer, I'm new so never read anything of yours before. I am about to face D as my W has filed. A week after saying she wasn't going to and we were going to S for a while to see how that went, she turned around and filed without saying a word. We are still living in same house.
All I have to say is that I have a D14 and we have always had a great R. MUCH better than with her mom but she has become withdrawn, stays in her room, on phone or computer all the time, ect. I really think it's more about the age than you. She is surely angry and hurt by the D like you and is dealing with it the best she can. I'm willing to bet by the time she's 18 you and her will have a great relationship again. My oldest (D18) and I have that now, even before her mom has left.
Good luck in the new R. Do you know why your W is so interested in what you are doing that she quizzes the D? Is she at all interested in having ANY kind of R with you? (friends maybe). If she was truly in MLC she may be coming out of the tunnel and actually feel remorse, who knows?
