I'm doing the same...W has started changing when I'm in my our MBR, I go into "Oh look, a squirrel!" mode (well, there usually IS a squirrel in the trees out the bedroom window...)
Part of it is for MY sake (it IS spring/summer after all)... part of it is that she has gotten a little too skinny and well, too skinny is less attractive. I like thin and/or athletic, but too much of either detracts, and without the "love feelings" to compensate and gloss over flaws, well...don't want to make things harder for myself for both reasons.

I'll purposely wear a pair of undies that make my butt look particularly good, then change out of my pj pants in front of him. (Of course acting like he's not even there)

Sorry, but H still tries to walk in his underwear or short shorts with no shirt on at times too. I don't find it difficult not to have a reaction. Except to feel I have gone blind. LOL! There is no attraction there on my part so I guess I don't have to pretend. Well, I guess that just explains where our R has gone.
I do, however, make it a point to look my very best whenever H is around just for grins. Even if he isn't interested I can still feel good about myself.
