I think it would be a more reasonable expectation to expect her to state in clear terms that she is committed to reconciling. If you are interested in reconciling I wouldn't push for an apology just yet. It was wrong of her to have an affair, but keep in mind she probably sought the A due to her perception that there were problems in the M that she likely blamed you for. She may own her mistakes in time, but that's got to be done on her schedule and I think now would be too soon for that.
