My h told me our friend had a baby the other night and "is doing well". I said was it a boy or girl? Did she get an epidural (h is an MD so he could know this)
how long was the labor? Wasn't the baby premature?
H looked at me and said "She had the baby and they both lived..."which gives me NOTHING to go on...

Hello everyone, some quick updates. Received D paperwork from s, she filled in her portion, and sent copy to me for me to fill in. From here, it goes to D company, and then to court, where it gets filed, I make an appearance, and presto, we are Divorced. This is what she wants, she is adamant, so, it will be done.
At this point, I believe I want it done also, if only to move things along and to get on to the next chapter in our lives. I am pretty sure this is needed by her to clear the air.
Strange thing. Last night, I got home around 7, and there was a message from my old neighbor. I called her back, and she told me that the condo that I

continued, hit the wrong button, sorry, had just moved out of on March 1st had burned to the ground, along with seven other units. This took place yesterday morning at 530. I was shocked. There were no fatalities, but everyone involved lost all they had. They are now being housed by the Red Cross.
What a strange thing. Everyone is telling me that I moved for a reason. In fact, I left early before the lease was up, I was originally slated to stay there until June 1st. If I hadnt gotten the bug to move, that would have been me that lost everything! Then I really would have thought I was cursed.
So, this morning, at 0800 in my office, my s calls to see if I had heard, and to talk about it. Because of facebook, she knew more info about the incident than I did, I am rarely on it, she keeps in contact with some of our old friends. She asked how I was, and we both sort of said "there but for the grace of God go I" Really makes you think. I am relieved no one was hurt, and all animals got out allright.
