I think it's obvious why -- he doesn't want to be transparent with his finances, lest Autumn see what kinds of things he's spending the family's money on.
Best to let your atty handle. He will (you both will) have to provide something like 6 months of DETAILED accounting of ANY AND ALL bank and credit card accounts as part of the divorce anyway, so I'm not really sure what he thinks he's accomplishing, other than just getting his latest fix.
Very true Starsky! I can't even believe this is the same man that I married. I know that we all have been there at some point but I just keep shaking my head and waiting to wake up from this nightmare.
Starsky... I sent Autumn a temp financial affidavitt to use to start to think about what will be required by her L for temp support hearing.
Why would I try to understand? Her STBX is about duplicate in actions to my xH. A lot of action/inaction was based on lazy. A lot was based on retaliatory behavior (at being served). A lot was just plain sneaky.

So I just hung up with the L's office. She is not in but will be in later. I spoke with the paralegal and gave the details, she is sure that I will get a call later today. I may be going in there tomorrow to discuss further.
I feel like I am hanging on by my fingernails today.
Well I finally heard from the L at the end of the day. She told me to call her tomorrow as she is in the office all day. I should know more by then.
STBX texted tonight. S15 decided he didn't want to go to the gym tonight so he was planning to smoke the cigar with S18 tomorrow. Ugh its so ridiculous. This is a kid who had severe asthma until he as 11 and spent every Christmas in the ER, way to encourage him to smoke.
He then texted that he wants to stop by on his way to work tomorrow morning to give S18 his gift. We split tickets to the Sixers game, which is what he really wanted. STBX wants to see his face. I have to bring my thick skin with me tomorrow night, it is for my son. I keep reminding myself.
After this we just have graduation and I should have some breathing space again.
