I work the evening shift. Till 3 AM. So I guess I'm in for a lot of sleepless nights. Not good to fall asleep on the job in a machine shop. Very dangerous I just have sleepless days. I'm used to it. I hardly ever slept more than 5-6 hours a day anyway.

It's so tough when the kids are away, and I know you miss your wife, too. I hope they have a safe and fun trip and that the days pass quickly for you. We just returned from our weeklong vacation, and dropping my 4 "babies" at their daddy's home made me feel physically ill. All things to His glory...hang in there, Roy! lc4
I'm still here. Just planning a mini-vacation for my kiddos, before they start school. The other night, I was sitting on an old iron bridge out in the toolies (dirt road out in the middle of nowhere), where I like to sit and think. I was pleading with the Lord. Asking if I should start moving on, if He wants me to continue down this path, and if He does to give me some hope and strength. When I got done praying, my truck stereo (Left on for some reason, I almost never do that) started playing "That's What Faith Can do." Since that day, I've had STRONG reminders of why I'm doing this. So, head up and smilin, I continue down this dusty old road, not knowing where it might lead. But I do have FAITH where it will take me. May God Bless You All

Not sure about that wise part, but thanks. 1 Corinthians 1:19 For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.” I probably read that scripture 5 or 6 times before I truly understood the meaning of it. If I have yet.
