Done with WH. Came crying to me today aboutnhow he's miserable without OW, they're in love, it's really for real. I told him to get out as fast as possible. I will not live with someone who is doing what he's doing. He seemed taken aback. I don't care. I've spent 6 weeks pouring my heart put in MC, taking every piece of blame he's thrown at me, owned all the bad things about our relationship, while he's been lying and cheating. No more. The sooner I never have to talk to him again, the better.

I feel better and stronger than I have in 6 weeks. I'm looking forward to my freedom and done caring or worrying about him. His "true love" can do that now.

I know you said you were in MC together, maybe go to IC instead. It has done a world of difference for me.

I'm planning on IC. We're going to use the MC (who is a "family therapist") to help us sort out how to handle things with our S. But other than those meetings (which I hope will only be 2-3 more) and the details of him going away, I plan to avoid any conversation with him at all. Once he's out, we can communicate by email. My hope is that by the beginning of August, I no longer have to interact with him.

Doing ok today. 80% of the time, I feel really good. 20%, I don't. But that's much better than the 100% I had yesterday.

Thinking I'll go shopping for some new fall boots after work. I deserve them.
