Sorry to hijack this thread, I know he doesnt mind. jack, you have mentioned that giving up is not the way to go if you truly love your wife and I do. And you say that your wife is glad you didnt give up.
Well Im one of those guys that doesnt give up easy and many people have told me to move on. When do you know? Every sitch is different but was there absolute times when you thought all was lost, OM was involved and she seemed gaga over him. Did you have those obstacles?

Bolt, Man I am so sorry. Maybe this will not help, but for what it is worth.
We are residents of Ohio. W presented me with her terms for disillusionment the day she made her bombing run. Jan 1, 2011. 94 days later we are still discussing terms. At no time has she waivered significantly from her goal of D ASAP.
This will all come to a head in about a week with a F2F meeting, but that will even drag out it for at least another month.
Talk to an L find out exactly about the residency requirements and then the proposal, counter proposal dance. You need to know your rights and protect yourself.
