Hey KAW,

Pam got something that sounds very similar.

Hers is called a Neck Ease and it's a neck pillow.

I hope that helps!!

Hugs.

Hey Pam!

Thanks for stopping by!

Positives:

1> Intimacy is becoming a more regular thing. I'm quite happy about this and don't feel the need to post each separate incident anymore...so wonderful progress!!

2> Husband, Cousin, and I went to Best Buy to get gifts for Husband's brothers. Husband told me to pick out any cd I wanted. I spent a wonderful hour choosing between a bunch of cd's I really wanted! I finally found the one!

3> Husband and I had a couple of minor bumps on the road. But we were able to talk about each one with compassion and understanding for the other person. We are trusting each other and learning about each other. Warm fuzzies!

4> Had a wonderful time with Cousin. We hung out, watched movies and talked a lot. He's a really great guy and I'm happy I was able to get to know him better. I feel like he opened up my eyes to another world...the army.

5> Apparently Cousin told his Mother that he really likes me. She then told Monkey that she was so thrilled that Cousin liked me so much as Cousin apparently does NOT like his best friend's wife. I was happy that he liked me and told his mother.

6> I'm usually shy and feel akward around people I don't know. This weekend was a wonderful step forward. I don't think I felt shy or akward the whole time with Cousin!!

Hugs all!

KAW,

I'm not sure where he got it. But I'm betting any herb supply store would have one.

Or if you have a spa that does massage therapy in your area, they might have a product line for sale.

KAW,

If you want some info on a similar product I found, it's on my thread. (I didn't want to post it here where Pam would read it.)

Hey Mr. Cool!

Thanks for dropping by my thread!

So, the one you got is supposed to be used as a neck pillow, draped over the back of your neck.

My husband draped mine over my chest, but I loved it there.

Put it in a perfect position to let me smell the yummy herbs and to cover the spot in my chest that hurts when I get anxious!

You guys are so clever and wonderful to get such incredibly thoughtful gifts!

Hugs!

Hmmm...so what is it about Pam's Christmas present that she shouldn't know?????

Hey KAW,

It is really neat. I tried it out last night and I definitely think the heat helped and it smelled awesome.

I didn't time how long it stayed warm but it was a good long time. I can't think I want to try putting it in the freezer any time soon! Too cold already! But the heated version is pretty awesome!! No cords like the old heating pads.

Kinda thinking it might be good for times when I feel yucky also!!!!!

Thanks PnB & CHL for the info.

As it turns out there was a booth set up at the mall selling relaxation "stuff". They had the pillows and the neck wraps ... plus even slippers where the herbs were in the soles! I went with the pillow.

Hi there Pam ... looks like we cross-posted and didn't want to seem I'm "snubbing" you.

Yea ... I got to check it out in the mall. They had one they were demostrating with which he put on my neck and shoulders. The hardest part was for D10 to pick out the fabric pattern, but after a few minutes we found one with all kinds of cats ... that was the one.

'til later,

Hi KAW,

Glad you were able to find one. Hope CAW likes it.

I am actually debating taking mine to work with me today as my right shoulder, can you say mouse arm, is killing me this morning and heat seemed to help it some last night.

Good Morning PIB,

I think it looks like you and H are making awesome progress together. The talking and working through problems. The becoming more regular!

I am so impressed by all you have done and accomplished.

Have a great day today!

Hey Pam!

Thank you for your kind encouragement!

I'm feeling a little off today.

My mom woke up a few weeks ago unable to see out of one of her eyes. As far as I know, that's gotten better and she can see out of it better now.

But she went to the hospital, yesterday to get some tests done.

It went very badly for her. She had a 40 minute MRI. She's claustrophobic in those things. When she got out, she tore off whatever stuff they had put on her. The tech said she had to start over because she had 'ruined it'.

As she was telling me about this, she was crying.

My Mom has always been a very strong woman. She rarely cries.

So, seeing her so scared is not fun. Being in the MRI for 40 minutes twice was scary...but she's also scared that she has a brain tumor.

Sigh.

If you are so inclined, please pray for her, or send her healing energy.

Thanks all.

Hugs.
