That's good. Sign up for one or all of them. Find that focus. Channel your pain, frustration, anger, into that physical activity. After awhile you'll find out that those feelings will diminish and your self-esteem will start rising.

I drove my son to school 10 miles away and the traffic was unbelievable. There were 2 bad accidents. I think with the snow coming everyone is going to the store. on my way home this guy was following me for about 3 miles i drove in a circle around blocks and he kept following me. I was getting really nervous i was going to drive to the police station.

i went to my class tonight the prof. seems like he will be a good teacher, there are 31 students in the class. That's a large class.

My h came and picked son up. I think he's going to bring son over to his and MIL house and ow will probably be there. I dont like this at all. Im trying to think to the future and not the past. I have to let him go he has hurt me for to long. Thank god i have my tennis and school to focus on.
My sister doesnt call me anymore and she was my main support system. She is mad at me because I said to her son about a month ago that she should have tried harder to save her marriages. I think my nephew told her.
My sisters new boyfriend (9 mos) was always saying flirty stuff to me right in front of my sister and she got mad at me. I wasnt even flirting with this guy i wouldnt do that to her. we went out to dinner a month ago the 3 of us, and i offered to pay for my dinner and he said "it will cost you more than that to get me to sleep with you".I couldnt believe he said that, my sister was shccked and angry. Now she doesnt want me to be around him i think.
I wll have to find another support system because my family has abandoned me. Thank God i have my faith.

Do you have any friends? You're letting the issue with your marriage affect your judgement of other's. Keep concentrating on just you for now.

Yes i have 1 good friend and working on getting more. Im shy so its difficult for me to meet new people. I went to tennis last night with my friend and we had a great time.
I feel my h is really in love with this woman, and maybe its time for me to get out.i owe a pretty lot of money on my mortgage and i heard the market is going to get worse. there are going to be millions of homes for sale and make it very difficult to sell my house in the future if i dont act now to protect son and i financally. this economy is going to get a lot worse than it is now. there are people standing on soup lines already. im really scared for my future. im not working either.
