Sorry, If I calls them like I sees them. Can't take that back. Sandi might be "cool" but that and a quarter will buy you a gumball. I'm just saying that to some "new" people her posts come off with a certain tone - that's all. She can help all the LBS she wants but that doesn't excuse the fact that she has no perspective on the LBS. For her to chastise an LBS for having a lack of perspective of a WAW is a little bit hypocritical in my book. I'm more than sure Sandi is tough enough to deal with my barbs. With all the stories here, I sometimes wonder if DB even works.
