I love the spin you put on that!! I had wanted to try to go hear her sing, but with cupcake in town I think I will pass. Also that it is a 3.5 hour drive and I would be exhausted coming home tonight really late. I wish she would have a gig on a Saturday night so I could actually have time to go hear her.
Also with my having barely gotten over bronchitis, I don't need to be catching strep! I am grabbing Papa Murphy's though for the 3 youngest and myself. S18 doesn't like it, so I have take advantage of him working.

It was good and it allowed the kids and I a bit more time together. Yesterday we went and saw "Tangled" a cute movie which isn't like the actual story so wipe that out of your memory when you go.
Had an issue with the furnace last night but thought it must be because of the fireplace going and made it warm in the living room. The thermostat is just in the hallway on the shared wayy with the living room. Woke up this morning and it was chilly. Went and checked it and the signal the furnace was giving me meant fuse ignition failure. I checked on the computer for possible solutions. Turned the furnace off for a bit, replaced the filter and then turned it back on. It took it a bit but it came on.
Either I fixed it or Karma decided I have done some good and shined on me. Either way, warm house.

I know my boss is trying to get more organized which is fine. I also know that he must have been chatting with other financial advisors and griping because all of a sudden a bunch of changes. Today he was giving me a big list to finish in three days. He comes off like this is the way it is, your thoughts don't matter. I thought we were running this office as a team. I guess not.
However I know I can't keep doing the same thing over and over. I want to do something creative that also has meaning. Ideas??

I was thinking a whole new job/field! Just biding some time but I am going to let him know I am overloaded. No need for resentment to build in the mean time.

I have started to sneeze like crazy. I picked up some more over the counter meds yesterday and I felt better last night, I just can't seem to really shake this darn thing! I will go a few days and feel better but I get worn out so easy that it just knocks me down.
As for Christmas, I will have the kids up until Christmas morning. A lot of my plans will depend on S18's schedule. The movie theaters are open and he was told he would ahve to work both days. Darn. anyway we will figure something out. I have decorated since the kittens are getting bigger and are getting into everything, but in a good way. I think I will at least get a real tree but not much more for now.
