besides MV, the next best thing for a cold is to cut down your food intake, ESPECIALLY sugars like pop, and get you some real lemons (not the kind in a little plastic lemon bottle lol) and drink lemon water all day. that will really help kick your cold out.
before monavie, whenever I would get a cold, I would do that and get rid of my cold in 2-3 days. my mommy taught me that

Doesn't happen too often but operations were suspended Wednesday after I completed the AM flight in the beggining of the blizzard that thumped us again. SO I haven't flown for like 36 hours. That plus just coming off vacation. Whose got it better than I ??

It was great. So nice to wake up Thursday morning to all the snow. It took her six hours to drive back through the snow to Houston, double the normal time. Wish she had stayed and been snowed in LOL. One of the best times of our dating was four ice days in a row, March 2004. No school, no church, everything canceled. All we could do was hang out.
