Well as far as I know she has when we were in our house no sort of contact deleted all contacts and she did seem really remorseful.

You don't understand "transparency." Transparency is just what the name implies -- being complately transparent with one another in regards to your communications and your schedule. She keeps her cellphone unlocked around you, has its detailed billing come to you (or available for you to look up online any time you wish), she informs you of her daily schedule, etc.
It's not a system where you sporadically have to play "traffic cop" and check up on her. It is a daily, comprehensive system that's set up to shield the addicdt (her) from the source of her addiction (OM) until such time that she can complete the withdrawal process (6 months or more).
Was this ever even discussed between the two of you?

So get this text from W call me about tonight Please So I call S to say hi and chat a little, then to wife and say hey what did u want!! Just didn't know when u were getting S tonight things at work hit the fan and may go back tonight or early tomorrow.
I said I didn't know have a group presentation. Then she tells me the Washington Post has a great database for jobs on top contracting oppertunties for and thought I'd like to know. What is with the small talk? Then said I call S later bye!! I don't get it..

Hey what do you think my best route when I pick up my S tonight. Just be happy and small talk or no. At this point in time do u think while S is away we I should ask about if she has any contact with OM or just bite the bullet and wait and see? Well thanks talk soon hope
NEVER ask if they've had contact with OM, until such time as you are RECONCILING. She'll only lie to you anyway, and it serves no purpose other than to annoy her.
As for how to act, HAPPY, yes. SMALL TALK ... eh, not so much. Be civil. Treat her like you would the mailman, or a guest in your home.
