well he's not only hurting me but these babies 3 yrs and 5 months. me with no car phone or internet.....

i told him that he would have to go legit totally and completely- in insurance fraud, no scams, no food stamp trade for cash, no more doctored papers, no illegal jobs, etc.

He doesn't sound like a good person from the start?

Yeap! you are correct. I really wish i could go back to the first time he left me and daughter, we moved on and i stupidly let him back in, but then i would nothave my son.

so he has major character flaws to say the least or i could even venture to say a lifestyle that he learned from his parents, not making excuses he became what he was taught and does not know any other life then the hustle-scam-lie, etc.

okay so here is my thinking;

No contact with h whatsoever (phone, text, mil, ) go comepletely dark.

Screw him if he can't do what's right by me or his kids, help to get a/c fixed, my car, kids to his mothers so i can go to work,.

New PLan:

if/when h contacts me - ignore him - say - do nothing

if/when h pops up on my doorstep - ignore or what

should I try to go through concilliation thru court.

1 it would make filing for a divorce not possible for 60 days and if he showed up for the appt a chance to reach some decisions.

or should i just wait to see if/when i get served divorce wait till last day to file response? let it happen?

he made the choice to change his phone number to prevent me from contacting him, always saying just get off his a#$.

maybe the time will allow me to detach?

update: h did not pay phone or internet bill, my services have been cut off.

h has taken the stand if he does not see his kids heill not give me money.

aug 5th i return to work with no childcare or transpo other then bus

its a choice btwn mortgage and childcare.

so i made a change: i gave h the opportunity to pick up kids and he declined.
