Well mine is never aged bc it doesn't last in the house that long! laugh

Hey Mish! I was thinking of free/cheap entertainment...do you guys have bikes? I took my kids to our elementary school parking lot to cruise around last night for an hour. They loved it! With Marc being older you guys could ride on a trail if there are any near you...

Also a few movie theaters in the metro area have Summer Movie programs. They play matinees (sometimes as early as 10 or 11 a.m.) for just $1!

We do have a $1 theater. No good movies there right now but they switch out every other week so they should have a good one soon.

I have a bike, but Gabe doesn't.

Do we have trails? Oh honey, you would be in hog heaven with our trails. We have over 85 miles of them throughout our city most of which run through the woods behind the subdivisions and around the lakes and creeks. It's absolutely the best city to live in especially for people who love to do outdoor walking, running, biking. They are golf cart paths. We even have golf cart parking at all the stores and restaurants and it's totally normally to pull into McDonald's drive-thru behind a golf cart. You really need to come for a visit!!! smile

We did make it to a flea market this morning. It was fun just to walk around looking at stuff and it has a huge antique market inside which was so interesting. Every chance I get I will try to work in an hour or so of something fun to do together.

Keep up the ideas. Maybe more cough medicine will bring some on!!! LOL!

Just watched Alice last night, with the kids. Saw it in the theater, and now with them. I like it...but I think I am drawn to things bonkers and impossible. wink

Hey guys!!!!!!!

Hmm.....Alice in Wonderland on codeine......FUN!!!!! May have to try it!

We did manage to go to a big flea market Saturday morning together. It was nice to just walk around and joke about some of the crazy stuff and the people watching couldn't be beat.

Marc went flying on Saturday in a glider with the Civil Air Patrol. He LOVED it and now wants to work toward a pilot's license. He got to take the stick for 5 minutes of the 25 minute flight and caught a couple of thermals. He was PUMPED! I'm so happy for him and Gabe was beside himself with excitement.

It is awesome to see when our kids find something they can really get into. So is Marc handling Gabe being around alright? How is your Mom? Has she said anything??

Thinking of you.
