Asking how to do something you've never done before and is not in your experience bank is nothing to be ashamed of.. You are merely admitting you aren't perfect and don't know everything..
I bought myself a beauty of a tool kit.. has everything I need in it, the tools aren't too heavy for MY use, and it wasn't that expensive...
The best part of it is... H isn't here right now to take one of the pieces out and "forget" to put it away again... ;p

Thanks guys! WH took all the tools!! My Dad bought me some more for my birthday last year -- WH has taken them all too!! I'm in the process of buying a 3rd set. This time they are all YELLOW. I have a black Sharpie marker so I can write my name on them all. How silly is that?!!
Today, H called to say he had a dentist appt and would come by after that for the truck and the mower. Called again later and asked what we used hydraulic oil for...told him S14 showed me it was low in the mower so we went and got some (not much choice on a Sunday in my town of where to go). He acted kinda pissed that we used it and so, instead of using that as a chance to maybe valicate what he was saying, I said "well, S14 tried to call you to ask what we should do and you didn't answer" oops...then I tried turning in around and asked if we hurt anything by using it and he said no, he just hope that we didn't use it to mix with the gas for the weed eater (HUH?) so I assured him that we did not and he seemed to calm down. The MLC confusion showed there as we did talk to him Monday about what to buy to mix with the gas!!!
He called a minute later asking about S14's summer school schedule and fees.
Then, when he was done mowing, he called again to say he'd switched vehicles and put the money for summer school in the ashtray...he could have taken a few steps to run it into the shop to me but didn't. Not surprised.
I feel silly writing all of this and no one has to respond...just keeping track for myself!

If you ever read any of my beginning post, when I was on the beginners & then on MLC forum, I'm sure I wrote a lot of crazy, silly stuff. Sometimes you can put things on here that you wouldn't tell anyone else.
At least he is helping out with stuff. Now, how long that will last, who knows! Oh by the way, I'm glad you told him that you tried to reach him to ask!! That was good!

Got a call from L today (well her legal asst.) at work. I wasn't in yet so co-worker told me...my stomach just sickened (not sure why...could have been the hamburger I just ate from McD's!!!)
Anyway, waited for her to call back and she just wanted to know if I had the truck back? And, was H giving me support payments. Told her it was the same amount as he had been giving. Still no reply back on my counter-filing from his L...almost 5 weeks since we did that.

I know that sickening feeling for sure!! Believe me, I had those so many times while I was going thru this mess. I doubt it was the hambuger. It's just something you don't want to go thru or deal with, it's a very scary feeling. You know my first visit to my L, I thought I would throw up! I didn't, thank goodness, he might not have taken my case, I cried the whole time tho, I think he felt sorry for me. I was just in such shock.
That is very strange they have not replied to the counter filing, he must not be in that big of a hurry!
