Hi Opt,

I am good to listen I just wish I was better with ideas!

I did not ask him too, but he mentioned your thread! So David is working on a response for you he said.

I thought about asking him but he beat me to it.

He is GOOD sometimes!!

Hi PIB,

I think listing my positives like that is helping my PMA!

Hey Pam,

I just read His post on Opt's thread.

Girl...he GETS this stuff.

He is clearly thinking like a DBer.

This just cements in my mind that if you back off and give him the space he needs to heal, that your marriage can be saved.

Pam, it took my husband over a year to get to this point!! I am sure that if I had backed off more and given him the space he needed, it wouldn't have taken a year for him to come back to me. He teetered on the edge between loving me and wanting a care free life for months!

Well, I have no regrets for the path I took. Perhaps I needed that year.

But if I can help you shave some time off your separation, I shall!

Keep up your hard work! Remember, by being quiet and listening to him, and giving him his space, you are speaking his love language!

Don't worry if it takes him some time, you are doing great!

Hugs!

Morning Pam - I overslept this morning and did not get a chance to post over my coffee before comming to work but did want to say Hi and hope you have a great day. Keep listing your positives - sometimes your positives remind me that I have overlooked the same ones (beautiful day, etc) Keep your PMA up.

Hi Cathy,

I am glad your PMA is back up! Here is wishing you a wonderful day right back!!

Hi ODGA,

Thank you for the good morning and the reminder on the positives. I do think it is a good thing for me to keep doing. Seems to be helping.

Hi PIB,

For some reason his post to Opt's thread depressed me, I need to try to figure out why.

Maybe the part about why is it worth the pain? I am not sure will have to read it again to see if I can identify for me what trigged the bad feelings.

I sure hope I work through these feelings soon, I like the way I felt earlier a lot better.

I am really working on the backing off as much as I can. I keep trying to push my limits without me going over an edge!

Thank you for the help and the encouragement.

I think that there is a good possibility you are empathizing too much with Opts thread...when you do that you are FEELING like his remarks are directed specifically at you. Remember it is OPT's thread and David's post is geared just toward OPT...it has nothing to do with you personally :-) Read David's posts for incite into the man but don't ASSume that they are a negative reflection of your own R with him
