I really don't know what you are talking about actually:) Yea he is being a pain in my butt, but I ignore him and he seems to want to be around me more and more. He told me today that he was sorry that I didn't do all these changes before now and wishes that we could have met now instead of when we did because I have done a lot of changing in my life and he really likes it. I said yea that is too bad but this is for the best and everything will work itself out. He is shocked for sure.

How completely inappropriate of him. I would not dignify that with ANY reply. If another man sent you a ridiculous communication like that, you would be offended I'd think. Well, you should be offended at this, as well.
I'd be thinking, "Excuse me, sir? Are you asking me if I will have sex with you? This is how you approach a lady you care about to be intimate with? Can you say "turn off"?"

I agree. He was asking this because we have both decided on seperating and have for awhile but now that I am changing and he sees that it is like he wants to hold onto me now. I think he is upset because he sees the changes but knows he won't be around to see them develop with us if we stayed together, oh well tough luck!
