It sounds very hard to have to deal with medical issues along with your M. You may have let a few things slide, but it sounds like you are taking care of yourself, now.
My "love bank" is definately higher when I feel that my W is taking care of herself for her and for me. It might sound selfish, but who wants to have someone they love get sick? I wonder if your H feels better when you take care of your health?
