If I may pipe in.. Things started to change for me about 6 months post-D.. When I completely let go and decided in my head that I would/could be ok by myself.
I don't know what XH saw.. Maybe it was just the strong, independent woman that he married.
All I know is that when I became truly happy with myself, he started coming around... hmmm...
