Sent w/ a couple changes suggested by an "IRL" friend.

Start the timer to see how long it takes him to respond. I sent it to both his personal and work e-mails. His work should pop up on his computer pretty much right away lol.

Just got a reply e-mail! Damn that was fast.

"I'll just write you a check for the full amount. I'm clear of all my debts so its not too difficult to write it. I'll get a casher's check drafted on the 15th, when my pay comes through and I can drop it off and sign the form at the same time."
