Realtor comes today sometime and my brother will be here tomorrow afternoon to help me get the rest of the wallpaper off the ceiling and then I can get some paint and get going with that! Have a fish fry tonight to go to, work tomorrow, wallpaper and then a mother/daughter brunch on Sunday so will be very busy this weekend! I will ask my bro about helping me with the trim! If he could do the miter corners, I can put it up!

Well, the real estate guy was here. He said that he could honestly say that in today's housing market, we would not be able to sell the house for what we owe. I am supposed to be happy about that as it my L and DB coach that might help with H slowing the D down. So why am I not happy?
There was a message on the machine from the bank that H has his hot rod and dirt bike loans from wanting payments so he has not made payments....what is he doing with his money?
Stopped to rent the steamer to finish tha wallpaper tomorrow and it is already out. Left a message with my bro to see if he could find one as he is in the "big city" and will have more options!
But, the good news is that there was nothing exciting in the mail today! And, it is 40 degrees outside...yeah! And, my house is clean...and, I get to go to a fish fry tonight with my little grandbabies and S14!!!! And...I have a full schedule and work tomorrow so will make some money!!!

Well I guess you're not happy because that's a good news/bad news kind of thing. But it makes sense that it will delay things (and also create more of a consequence for your H if he's getting into trouble with spending).

Yeah FM, I think you are right! I am just hoping that H "forgot" since I was the one that did all the bill paying~would have been glad to continue that if he would have left me enough money....
