H got home last night, and wants ALL of us to try and do a 3-mile run this afternoon when S12 gets home. He likes what I'm doing, I guess, and wants to join in... I'll get left in the dust, but will humor them!
This is excellent. You don't care if you are left 6 feet under. Keep him excercising. Very good for serotonin levels. Can you do that every day or 4 times a week?
OP - He travels four days a week, but the ones he's here I can!!! The boys help, as they're very active!
Just did the last day of week one of the Couch to 5k this am, JUST IN CASE our afternoon run falls apart! It is about 28 degrees, no wind and lightly snowing. We live in a historic neighborhood, tucked away, on the river. It really couldn't have been more beautiful!!!

I skimmed each type, found ours, and then, really read them... That's all the farther I got. I looked at the way the book was set-up, though. Will stay away from the examples!
