We are our most critical judge when we take the time to do it....it is just easier to judge others...so that is were most people end up.

Actually, there are lots of folks who can "help" us, but the changing part is all up to us.

It's interesting that as I spend time with my older bro who has had issues forever of control and always ready to tell others what they need to do to "fix" their sitch's, and even my identical twin bro who is not as much that way-I can see aht i do in their actions that I don't like. It's a great eye opener for me in what others might see in me that needs to be changed.

I need to be a much better listener, more compassionate, and let others lead and me follow more when it's issues that have several "right" ways.

I certainly will be better through all this. I am learning alot-even if it is the hard way.
