Patience is key, and again your motivation should be for you- not for H. It's tough b/c on some level most of us want our M to work- but accepting that there is currently no M and no H is the way to go.
Hey guys! Thanks for checking on me! You all have so much going on in your own sitch's! I was reading Trent C's and luvless's threads the other night and decided that I needed to stay away for a day or 2 (too sad)...I think it must be part of that "acceptance" thing that I need to work on and don't want to! Yet another gloomy day here and that is not helping with the sadness!
Also, not that we ever did much for each other on Valentine's Day but it is bothering me that it is coming up. I did decide to find a "thinking of you" card and will write something to the effect of "regardless of our situation, I want you to know that I think of you (and maybe something like "you are in my heart?). The kids got their cards for H and some candy for him. Haven't heard from him so not sure if we will see him or not.
Still struggling with trying (how to) get "family time" w/ H as DB coach suggested and making it "not pursuing"...that's a toughie! Anyway, here I am trying to not be whiney and here I am doing just that!

Question-an idea for family time. This weekend is looking to be bleak as far as weather is concerned...watching grandson's tomorrow night and snow on Sunday so not sure H will be around at all (to cut wood or anything)...wondering if I called him later and had him meet us (in the town that is about 1/2 way for both of us) at subway for dinner and then the kids can give him his valentines? IDK! I do know that OW is working this weekend (I am taking joy in that!) so he should be free. I also need to talk to him about making an appt for S14 to get tested for ADD. Was suggested by a teacher and might account for his issues in school!
