You know what? I think Superfox is getting ticked off again...what a joke. Unload all your deep fears and doubts and misery to me, via text? Then unload your anger about the kids' education to me, via text? Seriously? But you don't want any kind of relationship with me. Oh yeah, except when it works for YOU... mad

Gotta go home now and change into my @ss-kickin, no-bs-takin boots...

Still I'll ignore the text. Replying is what he wants me to do.............

I know it is a divorce busting web site, but I think that I can speak for John, Mike and myself..."Come on in to the pool - the water is fine".

I'm gonna tell you BBJ....you worried about it costing more for the lawyer?? Actually I don't see how it can..the L, if I read correctly has not had to do much..I'm assuming you paid the retainer..andf probably for a non-contected D up front?? If so then i would think that if this gets done and Dan does not put up a fight..i would think your lawyer will not charge anymore....I paid mine up front..took 6-7 months...and that includes mediation...I paid no more than the up front charge..

TBH..I don't see how you stay in...

DANG! You're downright wealthy!!!!!!

I just got paid on the 1st (such as it is) and I have 14cents to cover 2 weeks. grin

Seriously though, just think what a load off your mind it will be once you have everything done.

Make a list of questions.
Put on your boots.
Call and/or meet with your lawyer.
Move forward.

Sorry, Mish...didn't mean to make light of your sitch!

But I drove my car till the squeaky brakes quit squeaking...ooops that will be $350, just got them fixed yesterday and haven't paid the bill. Then there's Nathan allergy Rx's, 3 of the 4 have run out, so that's $100 this week, plus $171/wk day care, and I wrote out my cable and utility bills yesterday for $200 and they haven't cleared yet. So that eats up most of the $1200 and we haven't touched food or next week's day care yet...

Oh, and get this??? Just got a bill from the MC Dan and I saw down in KC in 2008 (YEP, 2008).... Apparently we still owe them $360? Wtf? They are just billing me now??? He WILL be paying half that bill, at least...

Even so, I am still going to the counselor again today. That is the best money I spend all week next to church offering...

Kerry I called my atty, got his assistant. She is emailing me the timeline and what I have to do to proceed without his signature.

BTW... Sorry to hear about money problems. I thought that Dan was taking care of the kids and yourself fairly well.

If we had water down here it would be warmer than most places! smile

It's rainy today, of all things. But we need it. It won't be long before it goes dry for a few months.

I knew you were going to go there! Yes, we know about shrinkage and although we are sympathatic.... it's still funny!

The water temp here in the sound sucks.... I was going more the bubble bath(candles & wine)/Hot tub route!
