Met her @ atty, she was very persistant about telling me this was not the end and she was going to ask for the 90 day vs 60 day version.
After the meeting I thanked atty. for his time, ( you should have seen her face when he told her to get her own account and community money is seperate from her money and my money!).
I walked out, worked out, went and had dinner and spent a nice quiet night @ Holiday Inn. Left phone in truck.
Missed 21 calls and 6 texts from her.

I finally talked to her this morning, she said she wanted to have atty wait til after the new year to help cashflow.
I said " NO"
She said we have to talk about this and i reinforced the d and kids are all we need to talk about.
She started the BS and i said I'd appreciate if you would not bring that up. I heard you the first time, 2nd time and so forth. You made the choice, I understand and honor your decision, goodbye.

WOW - Okay I have a Christmas Party with my guys tonite and it will end in an inebriated state here at my home so knowing that I took her call.
She has been consistantly calling - patient load must be slow today. Anyway I told her exactly word for word what you suggested- I heard it hit her, she said okay in the weakest tone of voice it was sad.
Time to get the egg nog started, not to be mean but I'm just saying!
