It really sucks to have to deal with this during the holidays....it really puts a damper on all the festivities. Oh well, grin and bear it and hope that the new year brings much more happiness. One good thing is that one of the services that my company's payroll processor offers is a 25% discount on the retainer and the hourly rate....makes it a bit easier to stomach this whole ordeal.
