Drizzly, rainy, raw. Don't know about the showings, yet, but broker sent me email amazed that 913 people viewed it on his site in two weeks.
Walk-thru Tuesday w/20 brokers. And next week, broker sets up his magic 360 degree camera in each room so people can do a virtual walk-through in each room and look all around when he uploads it.
Sounds like good news. If your broker priced it right for your area, shouldn't be too long on the market. Here's to the cute cottage you'll find for yourself!

Where do your MIL, SIl and BIL live?(())
They are in Middletown. We were just up there 3 weeks ago to visit. When I was in college, I was a nanny for one summer in Darien (talk about gotta have everything) I took the job just so I could see my boyfriend (now H) over the summer.

My first customer 7 years ago was an almost mansion on the water in Darien. He was the founder of Oxford Health Plans. What a gig 2 1/2 days a week. I was more like a caretaker. Too many eggs in that basket though. When he released me last November (the rich always cut back first in bad economies), he left one serious hole in my week and my income.
Nex time you're in CT, let me know in a post. Maybe we could meet if you're not with the Mule (sorry, I don't know who recently used that name, but it's sticking. Gotta stop that.).

The family I worked for belonged to one of the beach clubs right there in the Sound. I took the kids there at least a couple of days a week. It was a great summer! 1990 so young and in love...ahhhhhhhhhhh!

Will do.
We used to go all the time, but H has been staying away from there more and more since MIL and I are so close. H: "You even have my mother believing you." BIM:"Yes, because MIL knows I am not the same person I was when I was 19 and she knows how to forgive."
And the MULE, it was Gnosis and it makes me laugh everytime I think of it. What a nice way of putting it!!!

The ol' Gardenerman asked a divorced customer of his on a date tonight.
That's the spirit Gman! And you handled the polite "no" like a star.
It's great to see you're applying your four agreements to the rest of your life. i.e. "Don't take things personally."
Thanks. In two weeks, when my season ends I go to my off-season job. Friend of mine owns a FedEx Home Delivery route in the next town. Each year when Christmas season peaks, he rents an extra truck, divides his route in two and off I go playing Santa-on-wheels until mid January.
Kinda like gardening in a good way: I'm by myself, people are glad to see me arrive, I got my music playing and nobody gives me any sh!t Problem is it's 13 hr days, six days a week until end of January, so not much time for GALing. I usually take Feb off, get ready for new season and then get started in March. Might go on a cruise this Feb or go see my oldest son in the mountains of Colorado. 'Either way:"Get busy living... it's the right thing to do!" I hear ya!
Til next Jan or Feb or so, you folks will remain a large part of my Sorta-Get-A-Life!

I am good my friend thank you for asking. I decided against going out and getting drunk - Not so fun with Church in the morning plus it doesn't really make the pain go away, just a mask for a few hours...So I decided to stay home instead and do laundry lol...I am peaceful tonight, I have new people coming to my thread saying such wonderful things to me - Who knew I could be an inspiration to anyone especially during times like these? Makes my heart so happy!~
So besides asking the divorcee out, how are you tonight? Any special plans?
I love this talky side of you - I ramble in my posts as well as my answers however it is a way for me to work through things in my head.
