Hi Shiny,

Early bird tonight aren't you?

I think you guys have passed me now in home improvements!

CJ may have great taste, but you HAVE changed the way you would have handled this in the past! Just reminding you of how far you guys have come.

It is NEVER too early for a glass of wine!!!!!!!!!!!

You know you keep making more promises and someday David and I are liable to show up at your doorstep!

Hope since you didn't mention anything but your feet that you are feeling better today.

Pam, are you kidding? One painted wall and half a wallpapered room can not begin to compare with YOUR amazing home improvement efforts, and YOU are the one who did those!!!

Hi KAW...tonight's a simple dinner: chicken fingers, risotto and caulifower...but I do have vino!

Decided to take advantage of the toe-tapping CJ's tunes inspired so I did a 90 minute workout instead of starting in on the wine...felt REAL good! So good I actually weighed myself afterwards (first time in about a month)....not bad, not great either...keep reminding myself it's the middle of the day, I downed three glasses of water working out, it's my "PMS" time...

I always feel better about myself after a workout. I may be heavier, but the old bod can still do it all!

And did you share what kind of vino is going with dinner tonight? No, you did not!

Remember I am living vicariously here!!

That's because we have three bottles to choose from and haven't decided yet!!!

I'll probably just go with the standby (dry) blush...this isn't a gourmet masterpiece after all....although I DO have a ...nope, thought I had a white on hand, but it's all reds. (4 bottles from a friend/former student who works at a wine making store ...it's good to have connections!)

Connections in a wine making store are ALWAYS GOOD!

TAG! You're it and I HAVE already had dinner!

NO wine though. Still uncertain on this medication and after all the darn problems I have had hate to take a chance.

BUT David is coming over for hair cut in the morning and IF he hangs around I think a bottle of wine may get opened tomorrow!!!!!!! This is IF he is feeling better, I asked him about tonight and he suggested tomorrow.

You cut hair too???

I think I may have wrecked mine ...I've been letting it grow (except for angled face framing layers) since my birthday in April (probably some unconscious rebellion against my Mom who told both my sis and I that by 40 we'd be wearing our hair short! ).

The style (which no doubt everyone has seen) calls for super straight hair, hence my purchase of a top of the line flattening iron. Weellll...the thing's been acting weird of late and I think the temperature gage is gone...I've NEVER felt my hair this, um, strawlike before.

Ah, maybe I just need a colour job...it's been since May!

Good news, SIL will replace the flattening iron!!

Okay, I've started with a glass of blush, then we're moving on to the home-made Valpolicello with dinner. Who cares if chicken calls for white?

Just a wine-induced impulsive thought: The only thing that could boost my PMA any more today is if CJ jumps me later tonight....or maybe I should take the lead???...Okay he likes mornings so maybe then???

No, he won't let me touch his hair with the scissors!!!

But, we have an 8:45 hair appointment in the morning so he will be over and then hopefully spend some extra time!

I would think you should be ready for color but straw like doesn't sound very good.

So by the time you get to the Valpolicello you won't KNOW you were supposed to have white with the chicken!! So you make some of your own wine?

My PMA got a boost last night when my very tired husband responded to some playfulness! No, he was too tired and you know last night timing just wasn't right.

I sort of mentioned tonight and he umm..sort of mentioned tomorrow so we will see!
He is also asleep on his feet. Glad he is having fun but he needs some rest!

I think tomorrow morning sounds like a plan for both of us Shiny!!!!!!!!

Sigh.....
I'll just take a cold shower in the morning. LOL! At least a few people here are getting "entertainment".

(But don't tell my STBX. That would ruin my great line about him needing entertainment in his bedroom so soon. OK? )
