Oz,
I'm glad to hear that the food poisoning incident wasn't part of a larger trend.

It sounds like things are going very well. I'm happy for you. Good work!

Doing the Happy Dance for you, Oz!

The trouble with having an open mind is that people put things in it.

Thanks Dudess, Dia and Gardener.

We are having a happy dance together, our swing dancing lessons are progressing along really well. H who has never been a dancer and the only time we danced was at our wedding, is putting his heart and soul into it and if I do say so myself, we make a damn fine couple on the dance floor.

Apologies to everyone due to my current work schedule, I haven't had the time to get around to everyone will try to later this week or early next week.

Just popping in to see you Oz and hoping that you are coping with your hectic work schedule. One of the things I learnt from my reading is that one of the differences between the sexes is that females will see what needs doing and just do it. Males don't see that but they do want to please us so all the female really must do is ask for assistance and help the male be successful in pleasing. Hope this makes sense and may help you get H to help you even further while you are under stress.

Glad to hear the dancing is going well.

There's dancing all over the world tonight - everyone is so pleased with the way things are going for you Oz ... personally, I would be happy to not see you here ever again (in the nicest possible way). That way, you could put all of this behind you and forget that you ever needed to DB in the first place.

I think though, once we have been in this situation, we will never forget it and we need to remind ourselves from time to time how it was (still is for most of us)! When you have truly let go here, then I will be content that you are on the yellow brick road ....

Good luck (((Oz))) ... keep on dancing :o)

Hi Cas

I know exactly what you mean. H has shown a number of times now that he wants to please, offering to do the dancing classes with me is one, as I know it is not his thing, but he knew I wanted to do it. They do need help to please, unlike women they can't read minds.

H is definitely different, he was always a person who thrived on the stresses of work and long hours, it was what fuelled his determination. Today for the very first time ever, he has had a "sick day". H has never believed in doing this, but he suddenly said last night, "I had a s#@t day at work today, so tomorrow I am having a sickie". I nearly fell over. Mega different H now.

Hi Nell

I think the need to come back here every now and again, is because, so many people were here for me in the good and bad times and I think it is important to return those favours and still support and give advice where possible.

I know what you mean by putting it all behind us and not coming back here would be one way of doing this, but I really feel I need to keep checking in on everyone.

I have made so many new friends across the globe here and we are all bonded by our situations that brought us here.

I will be around for a while, maybe one day I will let go, but for now I still enjoy catching up with everyone.

((((((Nell)))))
