Had a lovely day with the kids and my parents on D9's "birthday". I took the day before to celebrate so that ex could have the actual day. Ex sabotaged the day of course by not being fully honest when the kids asked him who all would be at each "event" of the day. S16 called him when he got off work so that ex could pick him up only to find out that OW and her girls were going to be at his parents that evening. S16 was upset because he wanted to do things with his sister(he had to work the day before as well)but has refused to be manipulated by his dad into situations with OW. I didn't get in the middle or offer suggestions. This is between them.

Other than that little hiccup, life is still good and going well. School starts tomorrow. I am not looking forward to that but know we will mange like always.

Today as I pulled in the drive to rush D10 off to her flute lesson, a pair of cardinals(one each) landed on the tree right by my car. They stayed there until D10 got in the car. It is as if "someone" is making sure I see them.

No more dream interpretations? I am a tad surprised.

I'm really bad at interpreting anything, let alone dreams! I just think it's God putting those beautiful birds in your path and in your mind to remind you of the beauty and promise of life.

Hey they are all intrepretations so nothing is wrong!! I think it is God answering me. As for the significance of 47, Karen and I have some ideas but just wanted to see if I could get some other ideas.

Girls got off ok today and seems as if they have a later bus than before so things may actually be less chaotic in the a.m. I am hoping. All 4 go tomorrow. Getting up will be easy the first few days and then it will become a dragging fight.

I hear ya!!!! My son's bus comes 30 minutes later for the high school than it did for the middle school. He's SO happy! He gets home 30 minutes earlier too.

The problem with letting my parents co-sign my loan...since they have an account with the bank that the loan is at they can see the loan. They already made a payment for me one month early! Now I have to scramble to pay tags and my parents and still get next months payment to them in one month. So much for breathing room

Believe me I know they are trying to help and get me on track early but since I just paid over all my extra money, I really wanted a cushion. Then they also found something I got overcharged for and want me to raise heck over that. I already left a message. I love them, I really do but at this rate, they will be the death of me!

Talked with the car guy to find out about the one charge. Called my Dad and told him everything that was said and that the guy said he should feel free to call. Then a few minutes later my Dad calls back and says they (my parents) talked about it and since it covers me for the life of the loan plus more maybe it is ok to keep. Not that he is happy or that he would have bought it. He also said he hoped he didn't stress me out too much. I said well yeah a bit but I understand why. Told them I appreciated them a lot.

I am glad that he understood that he did stress me out. They are retired and have all this time to worry about me. I on the other hand am busy with work and the kids and trying to find time for me. I have plenty to worry about on my own! LOL
