If drugs are involved then it's just as well he abandoned his family. His family is enabling his behaviour which will only make things worse for him. That is so sad. They're probably in denial, and the only person to blame would be you, in their eyes. The children, of course, see things for what they are --- they know their dad has blown his mind. There's nothing you could've said or done to turn them against him ---- he did it all himself.

FF, I can't get over the fact your ILs are okay with the incest! It would be bad enough if they were on board with a run-of-the-mill A, but man! Good riddance, I say.
